I’m sure the year 2020 has been interesting for everyone. While, I have and had the privilege to be healthy and financially stable in these unprescendeted times, I have been doing a lot of thinking on my future and myself. My only desire for the past 8 years had been to become a fashion and portrait photographer. I wanted to become an image maker who is well known in the photography community, someone who is determined to its artistic identity and for its respect to clients and teamates. While I believe I have partly achieved these two goals, I realized that the career aspect of photography is simply not for me.

On the back of my mind for a few years, graphic design was smiling at me. While an interest grew stronger for design, I simply didn’t have the time to focus on it. Or maybe I was afraid to leave behind something I worked on for many years.

While I started learning about Indesign, I thought, why not design my photography website as if it was a book, I always wanted to print a book filled with my best work. My photography aesthetic is based on simple imagery, static movement, dark and light, textures and the idea of the first glance.

Interestingly, it seems this may now even serve as a memoir to my years obsessing over photography. I now have many blank pages ahead of me.
